At Sonday The Brand, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds:
• Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sondaythebrang@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
